9/23/12 Savings @ Walgreens
I decided that I am going to start writing a little bit with my savings posts. I didnt have any problems using my coupons @ Walgreens during this visit, but I DID NOT RECEIVE my $4 register rewards on either of the Fusion proglide razors as stated in their weekly ad. I didnt argue with anyone, or even contact the manager yet. I have til this Saturday before the ad sales ends, so I am contemplating whether I should contact them or not. I know from past experiences with Walgreens that due to the fact that coupons are being used, the RR's will not print. I was told this by managers in the past, but I have received RR's with other items that I did use coupons on..so I really just dont understand their system..

*~9/18/12 & 9/21/12 & 9/22/12 Savings @ Walmart~*
Okay, first let me tell you that Walmart is one of the hardest places for me to use coupons. Each manager that works there has a different view on what coupons can & will be allowed on any given day. I never know what to expect when I go to their store. I have even had cashiers tell me that it depends on what manager is on duty at that point in time. I even make a call to the store manager before I even go to the store & it doesnt matter as they change their story when you arrive. This trip was definitely a surprise that they allowed me to use Target competitor qs as they change their mind from hour to hour. For some reason, they do not want to honor their corporate policy that is on their website. This is why u will not see too many different Savings post for Walmart on my blog. Well here is my big whopping savings at Walmart.

9/6/12 Savings @ Dollar Tree
I honestly would like to comment on Dollar tree problems after I have went there a few more time using coupons as their cashiers are still getting used to the new coupon accepting policies. I will say that you should prepare to spend at least an hour in their store..shopping & waiting for cashier to sort threw all coupons as they have to manually input each coupon by hand..no scanning of the coupon barcodes yet.

Look below for a seperate trip to Dollar tree on 9/14/12. All was freebies as I only paid tax. Now my total savings are based only on what I wouldve paid at the Dollar Tree. Obviously, I would have saved much more if I wouldve bought at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc as these nail polishes cost more at those stores, so I had bigger savings than just $1 :)
